We aim to dispatch all glass jar orders the same day (Monday to Friday) if received prior to 11AM. On occassion this may not be possible due to high demand.
All orders are processed using a next business day service with DPD Local. At this moment in time we can only accept orders for delivery to the UK Mainland. We are sorry for any inconveinence this may cause.
Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase glass jars or lids, please return in the original packaging within 30 days
Items must be returned carriage paid, i.e. return carriage / postage is paid for by the buyer. The included initial delivery cost will not be refunded as we would have already been charged for this.
