Jars Direct attempt to be as accurate as possible with any information included in our website. From time to time there may be information on this website that's contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after orders have been submitted). We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Prices.
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the rate ruling at time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Deliveries to North Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore Islands, will require an additional surcharge, advised by email following your order and confirmation of address.
Payment.
All payments for orders placed through Jars Direct online store are processed using PayPal. PayPal is a secure and encrypted online payment method that allows you to pay for your order using a debit or credit card. You may also pay using your own PayPal account and balance if applicable.
Following adding your chosen products to your shopping cart and checking out, you will be directed to the Paypal website payment page. Payment is very straight forward with the option to cancel prior to the final payment confirmation stage.
All financial and credit card data is processed and securely stored by PayPal in accordance with their own privacy policy. Paypal comply with the Payment Card Issuer (PCI) requirements on data security. Jars Direct do not store any of your financial details.
Availability.
All products on our website are sold subject to availability. If after you submit your order any items are not available, we will offer you an alternative, or issue a full refund for the out of stock item/s.
Delivery.

At present we are only able to arrange delivery within the UK. If however you have a special request and are able to arrange collection and delivery from ourselves, please contact us with your requirements and we will confirm accordingly.
Deliveries to North Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore Islands, will require an additional surcharge, advised by email following your order and confirmation of address.
We aim to delivery your order within 2-3 working days although due to high order volume in certain sales periods, please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of any unexpected delay receiving your order.
Each order will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered to you at an extra cost or you have the option to collect from your nearest courier depot. (Details advised on request).
Should you advise any special delivery requirements, such as leaving your order at your house or with a neighbour, this option is available at your own risk. Please email us any such instructions including name and delivery address in order to identify your order.
